Local Counsel

Pence Hensel has served as local counsel for law firms and clients all over the country.  We have substantial experience before the federal and state courts in our district and are able to provide specific expertise and assistance to lawyers appearing in our district. 

Our office is directly across the street from the federal courthouse, only two blocks from the Marion County courts, and three blocks from the State House.  We have conference rooms, visiting attorney offices and a wide variety of vendors who are available to provide any and all assistance to attorneys who are litigating here including computer assistance in the courtroom, copying, service of subpoenas and the myriad other services that litigators typically require.

Pence Hensel strives to ensure that any visiting attorneys are well prepared, well versed on the local court rules, and have all of their questions answered before appearing before our courts.
